About the Demo:
1) We will demonstrate our voice-based technology for real-time, passive assessment of mental fitness, cognitive fitness, and stress. The platform analyzes short segments of natural speech captured through smartphones or other voice-enabled devices to generate objective scores reflecting cognitive and emotional function.
2) Attendees will be able to interact with the technology live by enrolling their voice (a quick 20-second calibration) and then speaking naturally during a brief interaction. The app will provide real-time scores every 30 seconds of verified speech, showing how voice features correlate with mental state and cognitive load, without requiring any specific task or self-report.
3) This technology is well-aligned with the goals of frailty measurement, as it captures cognitive and emotional dimensions that are often under-assessed but integral to holistic frailty. Its low burden, passive operation, and ability to monitor change over time make it ideally suited for longitudinal assessment in older adult populations.
